All products shall be shipped using the most cost effective method of delivery as determined by Seller, unless otherwise instructed by Buyer through their freight account. Risk of loss on all products shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier at the point of shipment. Seller shall not be responsible for any delays in delivery caused by carrier. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
